This privacy policy applies to the Alter: Voice changer for video app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Olena Gotsulyak (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
User-Generated Content (Audio and Video)
The Application is a tool that allows users to import, record, modify, and export audio and video content. All audio and video processed in the Application is user-generated content.
The Service Provider does not create, provide, supply, or suggest any audio or video content, and does not claim ownership of any content processed using the Application. Users retain full ownership of their content at all times.
Audio and video processing is performed locally on the user’s device. The Application does not upload, store, transmit, review, monitor, or moderate user audio or video content. The Service Provider has no technical ability to access user audio or video files.
Users are solely responsible for the content they create, modify, and export using the Application. This includes ensuring that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents from any individuals whose voices or images appear in the content, and that their use complies with applicable laws, including copyright, privacy, and consent laws.
The Application does not guarantee anonymity. Modified audio or video may remain recognizable or attributable to the original source, and users should not rely on the Application to conceal identity.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
- General usage data such as pages visited, time and date of use, and time spent in the Application
- Device operating system and version
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information.
Advertising, Analytics, and Consent
The Application uses third-party services such as Google AdMob to display advertisements and Firebase services for analytics and crash reporting.
These third-party services may collect information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and device-related data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Where required by law, the Application uses a consent management platform (such as Google User Messaging Platform) to obtain and manage user consent for personalized and non-personalized advertising.
The Service Provider does not receive access to user audio or video content through advertising or analytics services.
What the Application Does Not Collect
The Application does not collect, upload, store, or transmit user audio or video files. The Application does not perform server-side analysis of audio or video content and does not create biometric identifiers, voiceprints, or voice profiles from user content.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider may share limited automatically collected information with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Application, and only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to comply with legal processes, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains user-provided information (such as support communications) only for as long as necessary to respond to inquiries or provide support, and for a reasonable period thereafter. User audio and video content is not retained by the Service Provider.
Children
The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be deleted promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information may contact the Service Provider at the email address below.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the information processed and maintained, including physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
